Paul van Haver sings the popular hit "Alors on danse" as well as other songs like "Te Quiero." He is Belgian-Rwandan and sings his songs in French. At an early age van Haver showed an interest in music and attended l'Académie Musicale de Jette, where he learned to play the drums. Stromae is an syllabic inversion of Maestro, and the name van Haver is famous with. He was signed by Vertigo Records, a label of Mercury Records France (Universal Music Group) after his single, "Alors on danse", was aired on NRJ radio in Brussels. The single was number one in France, Germany, Italy, Romania for weeks and is currently on many american iPods, including my own :)
